Description:
This sauce is originally used for the Sukiyaki dish. Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese dish made from beef, tofu, shirataki noodles, Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. You can add Sukiyaki sauce to the dish directly while cooking or use it as a dip. The sauce is slightly spicy.
Application:
1. For Sukiyaki:
- Sukiyaki is a popular Japanese dish in which beef, tofu, vegetables (such as shiitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and spring onions) and noodles are cooked in a mixture of sukiyaki sauce, broth and water.
- To make sukiyaki, heat the sukiyaki sauce in a hot pot or pan, then add the ingredients. The meat and vegetables will cook directly in the sauce, so they absorb the flavors.
2. As a dipping sauce:
- Sukiyaki sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce for cooked meat, vegetables or tofu, especially in dishes like shabu shabu, where the ingredients are cooked in broth and then dipped in a sauce.
3. Marinade:
- Use Sukiyaki sauce as a marinade for beef, pork or chicken. Let the meat marinate in the sauce for a few hours or overnight to achieve an intense, sweet and salty flavor.
4. Stir-fry:
- Sukiyaki sauce can also be used as a quick seasoning sauce for stir-fries. Simply sauté vegetables, meat or tofu in a pan and add a little sukiyaki sauce at the end of cooking to enhance the flavors.
5. Sauce base for pasta dishes:
