This Dek Som Boon Sukiyaki Sauce has a sweet and salty flavor that adds a deliciously spicy touch to all Sukiyaki ingredients.

Sukiyaki, a national dish of Japan consisting of beef, tofu, shirataki noodles, Chinese cabbage and mushrooms, is very popular in Thailand. All ingredients are simmered in a cast iron pot of broth, usually right at the table. The Dek Som Boon Sukiyaki sauce can either be added directly to the broth to create a rich stock or served in bowls as a dipping sauce.
