Oyster sauce MAEKRUA 600ml

Oyster sauce is an indispensable ingredient in Southeast Asian cuisine.

It is made from oysters, but tastes more similar to a refined soy sauce and should therefore not be confused with fish sauce.

If you want to give your dishes an Asian touch, always add the same amount of oyster sauce and soy sauce, be it in vegetable, noodle or rice dishes. It is also ideal for marinating grilled meat.
